PARTIAL PROPERTY STYLING
As one of our most popular offerings, this service has helped clients create a co-ordinated, visually pleasing look and feel in their home that allows buyers to imagine themselves living there.
We will look at your existing layout, furniture and accessories to create a fresh and inviting space. Through the combination of existing and new furnishings and accessories, we will create a space that best highlights your homes features and present your home to appeal to buyers.
Presenting your home for sale is also about de-cluttering and depersonalising and we can help you with this.
FULL PROPERTY STYLING
We will handpick a range of furniture and homewares to suite the style of your home. The furniture placement, colours and textures that we select will make your home seem bigger and brighter. Buyers will be able to imagine themselves living there and loving the lifestyle.

HOW IT WORKS
Initial Consultation
Meet at your property to determine how it can be best presented to attract the right buyers in the market.
Proposal and Mood Board
Following your consultation, we will prepare and email you a detailed proposal outlining our recommendations. This will also include a mood board for each room to give you a feel of the styles we believe will best suit your property and help you interpret our ideas and enable you to clearly see our vision.
Booking
On accepting our proposal, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date to complete your install. We typically like to install the day prior to photography and 1-2 weeks’ notice is advised.
Installation
This is where everything comes together. We will immaculately style all furniture and homewares in the property to have it transformed ready to hit the market. The install process takes between a few hours to a full day depending on the size of the property.
Collection
On the sale of your property or the contract expiry, we will be in touch to arrange a time to collect all of our items.
